I Kind of Liked President Trump’s “Truth Social” So I kind of designed my own something like his.

Got me a brand new heart monitor this morning. This is the second one I have worn in the past month. Gotta keep tabs on that old AFIB before is pulls the last tab on me ….LOL.

I changed brands of mens disposable under garments a week ago and it cured the jock itch. Is that TMI? I mean this is an overshare blog, right?

Had lasagna and spinach for lunch this morning and now I am going to go out into the kitchen and get me a “Butty Buddy” which is a waffle ice cream cone filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with solid chocolate and some ground up peanuts. Been eating these since i was a kid back before television was ever heard of.

When is the last time you cooked anything in aluminum foil? Remember how there was little or no cleanup involved and the dishes were substantial enough to feed a family of four for just a few dollars? That was back in the 1950s and 60s. Very soon now I am going to do some 8-ounce hamburger patties with some potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and a little gravy mix well protected by tightly sealed foil pouches in a 375 degree oven for maybe 45 minutes or less.

I have a friend in Maryland near Washington D.C. who says she never goes downtown to D.C., anymore because all the construction and destruction has made the place a total mess. Of course I wouldn’t know having never been here myself.
