The Wordmess thing seems to like to tell me, “Add a Post” as if it is going to make any difference…. but I obey all signs, so here is the post for what it is worth:
Having a run of atrial flutter this morning but it is resting in the safe zone for my profile so I can stop obsessing over it and go ahead and enjoy the rest of the weekend….or so I am told…. we shall see.
Might get up the gumption to take a shower later although there are no plans to get out and go anywhere today.
